Why we publish our expenditure
This is a statement of legal services expenditure in accordance with paragraph 11.1(b) of the Legal Services Directions 2017. It requires agencies to make publicly available records of legal services expenditure for the previous financial year.
Our legal services expenditure reports
The National Commission’s legal expenditure for 2024-25 was nil. The Commission’s legal services are provided from the Department of Social Services. Therefore associated legal expenditure is included in the Department of Social Services published legal services expenditure.
