Acknowledgement of Country
The National Commission acknowledges all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Traditional Owners and Custodians of Country and recognises their continuing connection to land, sea, culture and community. For tens of thousands of years, children here have been raised on Country, kinship and culture. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, who hold that knowledge, and to the children and young people who are our future.
