Why we publish our contract list

Under the Senate Order 13 the National Commission is required to publish a list of non-procurement contracts entered into with a total contract value of $100,000 or more (GST inclusive) and that:

  • have not been fully performed as at 30 June 2026, or
  • have been entered into between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026.

Most contracts in this list contain general confidentiality provisions. These are designed to protect the confidential information obtained or generated in carrying out the contract.

General clauses protect:

  • trade secrets
  • proprietary information
  • Commonwealth material
  • personal information.

The accountable authority of the National Commission has assured that the listed contracts do not contain any inappropriate confidentiality provisions.
